Property is close to the beach and having access to a private beach that is quiet and not crowded in Bermuda is a great feeling. The property is also maintained well, swimming pool always clean and the grounds well maintained and beautiful. The issues we had were really with food and transportation. The food at the on-site restaurant was average. The people were trying to be very helpful, but when we went for dinner, the place was understaffed, One person handled the entire dining area. We waited for 1.5 hours for dinner, and the food was just ok. There are two other options near by - the good one , Paraquet, is at a distance where it is too silly to call a taxi. You can walk, but this was difficult for us since we had to walk in the hot sun, sweating, with kids that were just too tired. Which brings me to transportation. Buses are easy and cheap, but the but stop at the entrance of the hotel is a bit of a walk along a long pathway through Bermuda college. you could do it in the morning, but after a day full of activities, it is hard to walk back in the heat with kids in tow. Taxis are available but expensive. If the resort could provide better options for food and a shuttle from the hotel entrance to the bus stop at the main road, I would probably stay here again.

The location was perfect nice little private beach we had a beachfront room so views were amazing. Room was a bit dated but clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. We arrived on a Sunday and we’re not aware that the resort allows locals to pay for a family buffet with use of pool and beach. There were about 20 kids in the pool and all the beach chairs were taken. I feel this should have been disclosed to us since we basically missed out on a day of relaxing ourselves. The food wasn’t very good and we had to wait about 45 minutes for 2 appetizers. Upon checking out we were charged 3 extra charges that were not ours. They are in the midst of renovating the resort so I’m sure it will be beautiful. Overall it was a beautiful oceanfront setting and that’s why we were there.

The resort definitely needs to be updated. Only 1 restaurant & bar onsite, the food was pretty good and cheaper than most of the nice restaurants close by. Breakfast was a buffet ($30 pp), looked ok but a much better place to eat just down the road. It rained our last day and the roof was leaking in multiple places in the lobby, they were missing a few windows. The rooms were clean and a typical beach resort outdated look. The coffee pot probably has been used in quite some time, filled with mold inside. Saw a few small coach reaches. Safe didn’t have a lock. Beach towels were old and small. Staff were incredible, extremely friendly and helpful! Overall the place was good for the price, location was nice but not really close to much. The bus stop right outside of the entrance was very helpful & next to a market to get snacks & drinks. Private beach was very nice but they didn’t take the seaweed at all and did get quite a few walks walking by. Plenty of lounge chairs & umbrellas for guest. Like that it was on a nice beach, had a pool & very quiet. Perfect for couples, not much for kids to do.

We had family stay at this resort while in Bermuda for a wedding. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay there, especially the location right on the beach, the proximity to bus transportation and a grocery store, restaurant on site, and the beautiful ocean view from their rooms.
