Best part was having a kitchen to cook for my 6 year old. Menus on strip not kid friendly.

This hotel and area was perfect for our family. We stayed with 2 teenagers and a child. Also our parents came. There was something for everyone. We all had a stunning sea view. The staff were friendly and rooms clean. Restaurants and bars on the doorstep. My parents did say that they could hear the karaoke at night from local bars but we didn’t hear anything. We would all definitely stay there again.

Really nice and convenient location. Ideal for a small family. Staff was very hospitable and assisted us with anything we needed.

Thankful for the bedroom that had an equipped kitchenette and a cute little beach attached to hotel was perfect for kids!

This was an amazing value for the cost, and I would highly recommend this hotel if you have a family. The location is wonderful - situated on the gap - with easy access to loads of restaurants and activities to do. I was so surprised for an older hotel, how clean the room and kitchen were. The only item to be aware of is - parking is extremely limited - other wise, the property is excellent, and rooms convenient with a fridge, microwave, and stove - makes a vacation with children much easier!

I have just returned from a week staying at the Rostrevor hotel, the location is great and the hotel itself is well kept, beautiful view and clean spacious rooms with kitchen & nice bathroom. The housekeeping was daily and to a high standard, staff were all helpful & friendly although one security man was uneccessarily picky and grumpy towards my taxi driver/tour guide who collected me daily. The small beach behind the hotel was nice, I did not use the pool but it looked good and plenty of sun loungers, I didn’t use the hotel restaurant as wanted to dine out & drink locally & the location was great for this. Bed in the room was very comfortable also felt very safe and secure as I was a solo traveller, yes you can hear some noise on certain nights due to the location and the windows being wooden shutters but it was not a bother at all, i will definitely come to stay here again next time & recommend to my friends& family.

Great older family run hotel. Very good breakfast and lunch restaurant on site. Short walking distance to many reasonably priced dinner spots with views. Would definitely recommend and stay again

This hotel ruined our trip ,i paid $518 for a "Delux Ocean View Room" When i got there i was placed on the ground floor,to add more frustration to that there were a total of 12 sundeds and umbrellas infront of our room with people on them all day,we couldnt even open our curtains to enjoy part of what we paid for beacuse there was NO PRIVACY. In the nights its worst ,anyone outside our room can see everything in our more even clearer. How can you do this to people? Dont you value peoples business? Dont you think guests should get what they paid for? Dont you believe in the privacy for your guests? Would you put your family in a glass cage like that for people to watch your every move like animals in a zoo? We will take this to the ministry of tourism in barbados and make our frustration known . I hate this hotel. They dont even have screens for their bathroom windows so mosquitoes are always in the room! I have pictures as evidence to support all my claims here. The springs in the mattress were so weak me and my wife sunk into the middle all night. It was horrible to sleep on that bed. How can you do these things to people and getaway with it?

Great location, in the heart of all the activities, perfect for families

A great property that is family-friendly! We got an ocean-view room with a balcony that overlooked the beach and it was stunning to wake up to every morning. The hotel is in a great spot in the St. Lawrence Gap that's lively and filled with great food spots and entertainment! We had delicious food every day, went swimming at the beach and there was always something to do late at night. Very safe and bright area with lots of tourists and very convenient to walk to get a taxi somewhere quickly. The staff are very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Shoutout to Dimitri at the front-desk who did a fabulous job in making us feel welcome and assisting us with any questions! Would definitely stay here again!
