Comfort Suites Paradise Island

My family had a wonderful stay at your resort. The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive to detail. The pool area was always kept clean, and I do appreciate you having watch your step signs in this area.

I honestly don’t understand what other reviewers meant by the property being “dated”. My family & I loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious, we all had our own bed, including the pull out bed. Housekeeping was phenomenal every day. It felt like we had a new room every time they provided housekeeping services. Not to mention to Atlantis & Aquaventure amenities. It literally gets no better than that. We had everything we needed/wanted right there. The pool bar & staff were amazing. Anything we needed, we were accommodated immediately with great customer service. I refuse to stay anywhere else when Im in the Bahamas. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property.

Customer service was great! Food from the resort restaurant was one of the best we had, even after comparing to other meals we had all over the island. It’s an older property compared to others, but very clean, and you can’t beat the proximity and free access to the Atlantis resorts. Would stay here again. The kids loved it!

The BEST value in Nassau! A clean and comfortable room with no frills; Just across the street from Paradise Island and all its scenery. A lovely and well kept patio and pool area and a pretty decent free breakfast with delicious fresh fruit! Save your money and bring the family here! The passes to Paradise Island water park are included in your reservation! The best value ever!!!

The stay was great- very convenient to Atlantis and the Marina. Everyone was awesome - the service staff were very professional Big shout out to Sherie in house keeping - she was great and the manager was great as well- Also Rhonda- she was great too Thank you for making our time pleasant and relaxing - our little kids loved it

This was a great option if you want to go to the Atlantis water park. It was really good value in comparison to other hotel options on Paradise Island. As a family of 5 with 3 little kiddos, we had to book 2 rooms, which was more than we needed, so it was a little pricey. But as a family of 5 no where would allow for only one room booking. The rooms themselves were a bit dated and a bit tired. They provided a complimentary breakfast which was pretty good. It provided both hot and cold food options. The kids LOVED Atlantis. It would have been helpful at check in if they had let us know that the tap water is NOT drinkable at the hotel. They do however provide you with two small bottles of waters per room per day. Bottled water was otherwise quite expensive to purchase at the hotel. If you plan to go to the Atlantis waterpark on the day you check out you have to get your bracelet before check out time - again would have been helpful if this was conveyed at the time of check in. We brought refillable water bottles and refilled them at breakfast. Atlantis also has water stations.

Loved everything, close to Atlantis , property is beautiful. Nice staff , easy to get transportation. My family enjoyed the free breakfast, beautiful pool and housekeeping was amazing . No issues at all . Very close to shopping and dining. Cannot wait to go back !

Staff were very friendly and great! They let us store our bags before checkin so that our kids could go to the pool. The bartenders were friendly as were the breakfast attendants! Our rooms were clean and linens refreshed after coming back each afternoon from Atlantis. Overall it was a great value and location!

The hotel is bare bones - our rooms showed much wear and tear, they provide the most basic of amenities (the one tiny bottle of no-brand shampoo and conditioner was a joke). But for our purpose, which was to visit Atlantis and spend time at the beach, it suited fine. The breakfast every morning worked for my kids and Marina Village and Atlantis are just across the street.

Breakfast included made it easy to get our day going. Water bottles in our room after a long day of fun in Aquaventure made it refreshing. All access to aqua venture for half the price of staying in the man resort save us some money. We use that to splurged on luxury eating. This is a nice hotel for a reasonable price. If your kids have patience and can walk to the park. You will enjoy saving money. Only thing I can recommend for the hotel is for them to make upgrades on the shower head. The water pressure was slow sometimes but the toil area next the shower provided a lot of space.
