Check-in was a bit of a fiasco and our family was on the losing end but once we got by that, the rest of the stay was good. Ironically, the least friendly/helpful person we encountered was the manager at check-in. The rest of the people (concierge, housekeeping, female employee at the pizza shop) we had interactions with were super helpful and kind,

Magarataville is a one million star hotel , the staff are very professional and willing to assist you, very cheerful staff. They provide you with enough supply. Has everything u need to feel at home. The ocean view from my room is amazing with the ferries always on site. I will visit again with my kids , very friendly property for kids. We love Magarataville.

Resort is great for families with little kids as by 9pm just about everything is closed. The staff are very friendly and accompanying. The prices for food and drinks are high and plan on spending $40-$50 everytime you need a taxi for a family of 6. You may as well stay at Atlantis for the prices you pay for everything. If you want nightlife stay at Bahamar.

Awesome experience. All inclusive, great for family and baecation! On the beach, near shopping and dining! Can either dine in at the restaurant in the resort and ask for Ian! Or dine at many authentic and native food spots on the strip! Amazing

Wonderful, relaxing resort option in the Bahamas. Everything you need is at this resort. The Spa, adult only spa-pool, private beach, private pools, and onsite restaurants made our vacation exclusive! The best part was unlimited access to the water park for the kids.

From the start, my stay was disappointing. My room had a double bed, and one of the beds had dirty sheets. I immediately called the front desk to request a change of sheets, but no one showed up. This was around 4 PM. As the evening wore on and my kids were ready for bed, I had to make the bed myself due to exhaustion and lack of response. The next day, my husband's sunglasses were stolen. We reported this to security, but despite being near one of the cameras, nothing was observed. The whole experience was frustrating and left much to be desired.Si

We stayed here with our two young kids 4 and 8. They enjoyed everything about the resort. Everything you need is really available at the resort or in walking distance. Friendly staff. We arrived early so we count check in because our room wasn’t ready. They let us use all the amenities held on to our bags and called me when the room was ready. We didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful place to stay. Make sure you have enough money for food … a little pricey. We had a wonderful time with okr adult children. I felt very safe .
