Awesome experience. All inclusive, great for family and baecation! On the beach, near shopping and dining! Can either dine in at the restaurant in the resort and ask for Ian! Or dine at many authentic and native food spots on the strip! Amazing

We had a wonderful time! My grandchildren used the snorkel and fins to dive. My granddaughter was able to pet a wild green sea turtle which looked at her and slowly swam away. It was right off the beach within the roped in area. It was magic! The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. There were no gambling vibes like at Atlantis and it was the trip of a lifetime for my grandchildren from California.

We only stayed one night and it's clear this hotel offers very little. It's a hotel, not a resort. If you stay more than one night, the family would quickly get bored.

The property itself was nice, the amenities & beach were great. However, if I was to do this trip all over again I would definitely not stay here. The food is outrageous and small portions, and being downtown by the cruise ports everything closes by 5:00. So basically the restaurants you might be able to enjoy that are close by all close early. One of the days that we were planning on doing Senor Frogs, they decided they wanted to close by 3:00. I heard several other guests complain of this same issue. There is what's called a fish fry 20 min. walk, but basically they are small food vendors that you can order food from and eat but not great at all. Staff was generally helpful and polite. We only had one incident at the wave rider, he was pretty rude to my kids and can tell he doesn't enjoy his job.

When we first got to the resort we had high hopes for this place. The weather was nice and we were excited to get our family vacation started. We arrived pretty early to the resort and asked if our room was ready. It was not, but they told us that they would let us know…they did not let us know and when we went to check to see if it was ready, they said oh yeah, we were just going to let you know and so we got into our room about 2 hours early which I’ve done before at other resorts, but never in my life have I been charged for it. Here I was. Ok not a big deal but it did rub me the wrong way. My family and I stayed for a total of eight days and the maids never came to make the bed instead, they waited for me to make it and I would test it every day and they never showed until I actually made the bed…one night it was 7pm. they did bring us waters and take our garbage…. So they did the bare minimum. There is no laundry on site and there’s no way to do any laundry unless you want to get a cab and go somewhere that offers a laundry service. There was an ice machine across the hall with a vending machine that didn’t work, so if we got thirsty in the middle of the night… It was tough luck. We did enjoy the pool in the beach, but when we tried to go to the harbor, one pool, which was advertised in our brochure. We were told that we weren’t allowed because we weren’t staying there, why would they advertise for that pool and beach if we weren’t allowed to use it?

Our family enjoyed this property, the water park and beach kept everyone entertained. Food and drinks were pricey, but to be expected for a resort (happy hour started at 4pm and was 2 for the price of 1 so that took the sting out things). There is a Macdonald’s and a Dunkin very close by to help keep food costs down here and there. I thought this property’s location was going to be a great home base to explore FishFry and Staw Markey etc. but after we tried to walk around the Straw Market and the cruise ship port, we gave up after constantly being harangued by people trying to sell products and tours.
