Amazing family trip! Hotel has lots of options from food and activities to beach and pool

Beautiful hotel lobby and bar. Sky bar was amazing, food prices are astronomical. More than NYC, LA or Dubai. The food is not nearly good enough for the prices they charge, and drinks are $22-$26 a pop. Staying at the SLS is better value than the Hyatt Baha Mar, but the Hyatt rooms are nicer and you have access to more pools. Both have access to the waterpark. We stayed at the Hyatt the first 2 nights, and SLS the 3rd night. However overall it was an enjoyable vacation, the beach was beautiful, and the hotel grounds are beautiful. Lots of kids, and I have some on my own. But I was shocked with the number of families and small babies. These properties are nicer and newer than the outdated Atlantis.

Check in time was terribly late, and would not even try to help guests with small kids. Staff was a bit rude and not very welcoming when attending to guests. Beware of your room charges, as they will include restaurants you did not go, movies, and special fees (without notice) of anything you may have need (like a extra fridge). Dinning cancelation policy was a $100 per person which is just absurd.

Convenient location to the pools and beach! Shoutout to Krystal from check in for making our stay perfect! Definitely recommend getting the one bedroom residence if traveling with kids.

SLS Baha Mar is a great place to stay. For families, there is a safe and active fun waterpark that parents can feel safe letting their children run pretty much freely around. For couples, there is an active nightlife, fun bars, and, of course, the casinos. There are also plenty of dinner of options whether it's just 2 adults of families with children.

It was an amazing property. Great for adults with no children or families with children. Amazing restaurants and things to do. Great shopping as well.

It was a good and new property! Room service was great 😊. The restaurants options needs some diversity and more variable vegetation options. Water park was good but wave pool was closed one whole day without notice or reason. Other day they didn’t open pool on time. Many things are not kids friendly and there are no kids activities that are included. The Palms restaurant experience was not that great either…they don’t have good service. They will have things like fries with entrees on menu but if you order vegetarian then they don’t care to give you fries. They don’t tell you ahead of time. Everything in all restaurants was $20 irrespective of size and options. Minimal variation in taste. Overall, good experience if you already did Atlantis in Bahamas once and need a change. Overrated and many things they say on website that is included is not true. Like out of 10 pool advertised, only 6 are included except you pay for rosewood. Kids club and adventure is not included. Fitness many sessions are chargeable. Just go tracing all fine prints and ready to over spend.

An absolutely gorgeous resort! Extremely clean and very safe. I enjoyed an every minute here. The rooms are stunning, and the resort offers several amenities and stores that everyone in the family could enjoy.

A perfect venue for a family vacation. Service was fabulous. Very much appreciated the accommodation to the needs of the kosher traveler.
