Really nice place to stay, comfy beds and clean with great shower. Only down side was waiting in a line for over 30 minutes for the buffet Breakfast with my wife and two kids that were starving.

Access to the entrance not the best with all construction 🚧 lifts down stairs at street level not working witnessed young families with children and pram’s struggling to get upstairs and some elderly . Might even want to have the windows cleaned external but otherwise we would give it 4.5-5.rating

Our stay at Crowne plaza was pleasant and nice , the staff was very helpful and gave their best service just 2-3 things to share .. 1. They can have better car parking options as it is very inconvenient to park the car somewhere els and walk around as there is construction going around the hotel specially with kids and the valet one is too expensive! 2. The rooms could be cleaned much better as the carpet was dirty and lot of dust was there in the lobby because of construction around maybe

This was my first time here and I am so glad we came. My family and i loved the atmosphere and friendly vibe. Staff were fantastic.! Highly recommend the Breakfast Buffet! Delicious! Will definately be back.

Another great stay. Kids made to feel very welcome with kids activities room (holidays) and gift pack. Used heated outdoor pool for the first time.

Glad they changed our towels daily but only gave us 3 towels the next day instead of 4 (checked in As a family of 4). Parking was a bit costly, unable to use the 17$voucher as our car won’t fit (height clearance) the parking area they recommended( under Care park) Parked across ( same under Care park) unfortunately the voucher is not accepted. Other than that, all good. Accessible to our whereabouts.

Great location for a family getaway. Would stay here again just for the river view and staff friendliness. Would be good to have guest spots reserved for Self drive parking.

Requested an upper floor room but were put on third floor. This floor has access to the pool so was noisy early in the morning with young kids running along corridor. Also, Dive bar needs an upgrade. Still had a good stay and enjoyed our two nights.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful with any requests. The breakfast this morning at Yugo was delicious and provided an extensive selection to choose from. The staff at Yugo were polite and efficient in clearing plates, keeping everything well stocked and tidy. Looking forward to our next stay and l will be recommending the Crowne Plaza to friends and family.

Location was great, with only a short walk to Southbank and the CBD. The whole family enjoyed looking along the river at night. The pedestrian access to the hotel left a little to be desired
