stay druing new year in Melbourne. clean and good service. nice and professional staffs. only downside is no swiming pool for kids.

We booked the Family Queen Room (with bay view stated in the room description), but when we got to the room at around 3:15pm the window was overlooking the busy highway bridges and the roof of other buildings. We called Reservation, they said the bay view pic was for advertising purpose only; and didn’t explain about how the description was misleading. Eventually they agreed to swap us to the King Room with the bay view, told us to wait in the room and someone will bring the new room key cards to us; waiting for 20 mins, we ended up going down to the lobby ourselves with all the luggages and a baby at 3:50pm. The table and chair were very dusty, we stayed for 3 nights; bathroom floor towel was never replaced, did not refill the tissue box, no teaspoon, floor was not vacuumed. Only thing housekeeping did was replacing the bath towels, bed sheets and emptied the bins.

If you have a car, Pan Pacific is the best hotel to stay in Melbourne. Good view, DFO shopping downstairs, car parking for $24 per day. Bath tub was available for children. It may little bit of walk to city but it didn't bother us. I will stay here again if I need to go back to Mlebourne

Its a great spot for mine, easy access from airport off freeway. Doesnt have the city hustle and bustle. However a number of issues I have worked out staying here 5 times now. Staff are terrible, not rude just everyone seems to have no idea how to do their job. Check in and out always slow and awkward, room service is either a lottery - cant work out how they do it. No one smiles and says hello. Its like a uni project of young kids starting out with no one training them. Why do I come, high floor room over looking the city and yarra is beautiful, large windows, soft bed and big bathroom. Shame they cant manage it correctly and maximise the value!

The hotel was perfect. Staff were friendly, location great and facilities at the hotel fantastic. Could not fault a thing. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends

Loved our stay at the Pan Pacific.. Room was fantastic and spacious for 2 children and 1 adult. Balmain toiletries were a plus. Great staff, we did valet parking and breakfast for 3 for $87. Perfect location for the kids too, we walked to Marvel Stadium and enjoyed scootering along the Yarra.

The process of booking and checking in was very efficient and everyone was lovely to deal with. We will be back and I have recommended it to my family and friends.

Our stay at Pan Pacific was amazing. Lovely friendly staff who went out of their way to make our visit perfect, the hotel room was clean, comfortable and the perfect base for our family holiday and the food at the restaurant downstairs was next level!! Dinner was just 10/10 and my daughter enjoyed the kids menu plus the activity book and pencils she received. and the buffet breakfast had everything you could ever think of and my daughter says the scrambled eggs were the best she's ever had.

It was great, beds were comfy. Blackout blinds ensured we weren’t woken up by the sun. The only negative was there were no family rooms with a city view and my daughter loves the city view but other than that it was great
