Our room wasn’t ready yet so we had to wait in the bar area with a complimentary drink. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room updates are lovely and such a spacious room for a family (2 x queen beds).

Great staff, lovely room, great bar. Stayed in the junior suite, could definitely use some sound insulation, you can hear everything that is happening in the alley, it got really loud and certain times. Overall good stay

This hotel was exceptional. Every member of staff from the front desk, restaurant, kitchen, maintenance staff and the fellow at the pool area was hospitable, polite and a joy to interact with. The furnishings and atmosphere could not have been done better and the rooms have smart tvs with a full range of choices. We chose a junior suite on the terrace side and we could not recommend this place more. Well done and thank you for having us, it was our first trip to Adelaide and this hotel ensured it won’t be our last.

good location with tram out front and carpark in same street makes it easy ,inside pool and hot tub is great kids had a ball will be back thank u playford

Really lovely hotel with friendly staff. We were really impressed with our room (2x queen beds for 2x adults and 2x children), which was really spacious, we had access to a shared courtyard outside. Bathroom was huge, modern, with spa bath and rain shower.

Room was comfortable and spacious enough for a family of four. For a seven night stay it would have been nice to have had a view better than a solid wall. Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful.
