Peppers Waymouth Hotel

A mixture of good and bad. Request for early check-in was declined, thought that was OK since they took care of bags anyway. Spoke to them about a slightly later check-out, even for an hour but was told NO too. We have a 1 year old child, so we really would have appreciated the gesture but no. The room was spaceous and clean. The bathroom itself could not be faulted. However, we requested a cot and was instead provided a full size single bed in what looks like a hospital bedframe. We had to make changes ourselves to manage. For a 5 star hotel, one would expect bedroom disposable slippers, toothbrush, etc but there was none. On our 3rd day, the room was not made up. As it was before New Year's eve (which was our most expensive night too), we just tried to be understanding so we went to the pool area to get some fresh towels for use. Breakfast was good but was the same all throughout our stay. The staff there were just kind and helpful. Overall, a yeh-nah stay.
