For safety reasons I gave details at reception regarding my daughter’s multiple disabilities. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking pool. This gave my daughter her own space and allowed me to spend quality time with my son. Pool was fantastic, and both kids loved it. We were permitted to eat from the bar menu in the much quieter restaurant, which meant my daughter was able to eat without distress. Staff were amazing. Made our short staycation a wonderful experience.

Con - unclear information, Need to tell $35 per day for car park (next to the first page of the website, rather than said available, should say available at $35 per day). The same with breakfast, when booking said breakfast included, but actually included for 2 persons. Hotel should said breakfast included only two adults when booking. Pro- good location, close to shopping mall and can catch free tram to the other location, the cleaner is attention on the details, very impressive, staff is friendly, swimming pool is clean. Good for family holidays.

Met up with family to have a city break. Good hotel with spacious rooms, comfy bed and good linen. It’s a good city hotel in a good location for access to shopping, restaurants and the casino. I had free parking included in my gold level which was useful. The car park is under the hotel and while a little tight, has adequate parking spaces. We didn’t do the Buffett breakfast this time as we’ve found it quite ordinary on previous stays. We found a great cafe nearby. We found great eateries in walking distance notably Parlamento and The Little Hunter. Will be back to this hotel.
