Very convenient location which was close to Rundle mall. Didn’t love the location of parking with kids but that’s only being picky. The accommodation it self was exactly what was advertised

Family trip was very comfortable at our stay and location was in great place.could be more comfortable if they provided a microwave and toaster as we have kids so be good in future if it was available. Otherwise we had a good family trip for what we had to do

fridge too small to fit any thing. Wilson Parking not convenient. Need to drive a long way around to pick up family members. Hotel is not bad, but overrated.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel for us as a family.close to all facilities as in transport and restaurants. Beds could be upgraded as are ageing.the pool and spa were good except last few days the spa was cold.we reported to staff that spa was cold but we were not sure what was wrong as it was still cold till we left.otherwise everything else was good.lifts work well fast and efficiently and always clean.down stairs lobby very cosy and comfortable and nice and quiet.carpark a bit far but you can park in front of hotel to offload suit cases and it is an easy access road to get too.

everything is so good. besides the parking place. because I was by myself with my kid. and when I was first day to be there. and no on site parking and it makes me really hard to organized how to check in and also look after my baby at same time. I think if the hotel can give us a hand before we arrived or a instruction of how to parking the car firstly. It will be more great and less confused. btw I did asked the hotel about parking before a day when I arrived. But the staff just said that they will let me know when I am be there. It was not a helpfuled at all.

One staff member accommodated for my two year son fear of elevators by letting us use fire escape stairs and room on first floor meant he didnt have to be in lift long. One staff not sure what a baby chino was gave my 2yr son a face with marshmallows with mild coffee milk. Lucky I saw colour of milk so he only had froth.

We very much enjoyed our stay, good value, great location in central Adelaide, close to Peel Street etc. the kids loved the pool and spa.

Good location in CBD but parking at a different site which is not idle. Great breakfast included in the price. Slightly smaller room size than expected for a family of 4 for 6 days. Overall OK.
