Well used property by holiday makers, families, older people and business. Many rooms are being renovated. Just a tip when booking ask for a room away from the elevators, they are noisy. Otherwise would stay again

What an awesome place to stay. I was here for a wedding and three other rooms were occupied by family members. All received wonderful service from checkin to checkout. Lovely view over water from your balcony and situated in the middle of the Strand. We will be back.

Not a criticism of the venue but the guest next door were both noisy and had a child screaming a lot during the night When they left, the house maids were cleaning their room and made comment on the pig sty and damage to the room .
