Family room was great! Our kids loved the bunk beds. Super helpful staff. Very clean. The pool is amazing and really is an Oasis in the city. Would 10/10 recommend to families travelling with younger kids.

The room was spacious and comfy. All linen was clean and no stains. Hotel situated with an easy walk to the town centre. Would recommend to family and friends

Friendly, helpful staff, pool and surrounds shaded all day, easy walk to plenty of eateries and waterfront parkland. Must see is the Tropical Museum, full of interesting interactive displays/activities for both kids and adults, it's very impressive. Comfortable bed, large clean bathroom. Pool towels at office.
