This was our first time at Voco Gold Coast; we had a pleasant stay; the location was convenient, and Cavill and surfer paradise center was a short walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious for my family of three.

Voco was a great hotel for families. It had ample access to public transport but was also within walking distance to cavil ave and the beach. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay - there was a great selection of food. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only downside for us was that we had to keep asking for our room to be cleaned as we kept getting forgotten. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

This is a good-budget hotel. One of the best things was a games room for kids on the 2nd floor. My 6-year-old loved playing air hockey, table tennis and foosball. The rooms are a good size. We had a room with twin beds. The beds were comfortable, and the shower/bath had quality shower products. The only issue was that the door to our room rattled constantly when people walked past. Something needs to fix the gap. Our room included breakfast, which was the usual Australian buffet fare. The hotel is in an excellent location, with great food/drink next door and the Glink stop right outside. I would recommend it. I would stay here again.

Incredible time with my 2 kids. Clean, friendly and fabulous hotel we love staying at and can’t wait to come back again. The kids area near the cafe they loved and the happy hour this mama loved! Terrific time

The stay was amazing very friendly staff the room was amazingly clean and smelt really good. They have everything you could possibly want on site including a cafe for all us tired mummas. There's kids zone downstairs, this was amazing as well. I will be booking back here

Overall price was reasonable. They have a very secured room accessibility for booked-in guests. Dining experience was okay. Guests with kids may consider dining on nearby restos if you prefer more food options w/ kid friendly ambience. It was our first time to book at Voco and it has been a relaxing and pleasant stay. :)

Very disappointed in our stay. Was booked at short notice and photos didn’t reflect our room. Room was tired and needs an update. Toilet was noisy all night, clearly had a leak. We arrived back at our room on day 1 around 3:45pm and no cleaning service despite putting cleaning sign on door. Cleaner knocked on door around 4pm and our kids were showering so wasn’t convenient. Asked if he could come back in 5mins and said no it was the end of his shift. Very dissapointing experience and end to a week long stay on the GC.
