We went ahead with a booking for this property with an open mind despite the reviews. We know the area well so knew the location would be great, especially for those with kids. Pros: Location, view, space. Parking was easy despite everyone whining about it. Office is easy to find also despite the reviews. Cons: What let us down the most was the lack of basics. We stayed in a 3bed apartment. There was one teaspoon, and 2 bowls for the entire apartment. Mix matched glassware and plates and not enough knives- if you want to get picky. 3 coffee pods only. General feedback: In this day and age you can’t expect anyone to want to email through a credit card and drivers licence! Please change your policy on this. This can be provided on check in . If the owners are reading this- As a family we would expect a small amount of pre packed laundry power, a small milk in fridge waiting on arrival. Teabags and coffee bags. Every serviced apartment we have stayed at have these. Please get the skirting clean. It’s letting down the apartment. We go to the GC a lot, and these small gestures would be what would make us rebook accomodation again. For what we paid we felt a little let down.

The sofa bed is broken and unable to be set up. We booked and paid for 4 of a family and ended can’t sleep 4 for the night. Regretted and disappointed with the property associated with Hilton. This is a shame and will never ever come back to here again and will tell friends and family and social media about this bad place.

Tv in master bedroom did not work, we also had 4 kids staying with us and only 1 tv for 4 kids and 2 adults to watch, the shower was dirty and had hair on the walls, the windows had finger stains and marks all over them

Not good at all! Only provided one swipe card for a family of four, dishwasher was broken and took days to repair, internet wasn't working so wouldn't connect,

Property had everything family friendly and we enjoyed it and will book again at this hotel.

Beautiful and clean apartment my family had a great time in this apartment. Clean great views and great facilities.

it was quite a hassle to check in as you have to park your car outside to collect the swipe keys or to park the car first but not in the allocated lot and collect the keys. and then repark your car again. As a first timer to this property, its not very clear about it and i understand due to Covid there is no personnel to attend to us but when i collect the keys from the box, there were staff in the office and we had to ask them some question pertaining to the check in and they were not too helpful. Though the apartment was in the middle of a good location, its not ideal fro families as its too noisy in the wee morning and late night for people partying though out and the noise level was very bad. I would not recommend for families. Its should be more for youngest partying.

The property was a great size for us and had everything that we wanted. Just a few small things in the bathroom the toilet seat was broken the hand towel rack was broken the shower screen needed to be cleaned and a bottletop on the floor in the loungeroom.[we had small children].

We spent a week here on the 23rd floor, in a 2 bedroom apartment. Pros: views were absolutely breathtaking morning and night. The apartment was spotless and spacious and really had lots of amenities and wasn’t short of anything, the washing machine and dryer were a godsend as we came back home with all clean laundry. Had buckets and spades for the kids at the beach, body boards the lot. Hotel is next Cavill Ave and next to all what’s happening in just a few short steps from the hotel door and no matter what food cuisine from around the world you like, it’s literally right on your doorstep and you’re really spoiled for choice. The Avenue across from the hotel was really great for families. Hotel has 3 pools (2 heated) main large pool not heated but didn’t stop my children. Although the Hilton hotel staff aren’t affiliated with the apartment they were really nice and helpful. Morning Coffee downstairs at Ms Margot’s was the best we could find and was really good no need to search anywhere like Starbucks. Apartment contactless check in was really simple and easy. Uber/Didi pick up and drops off really easy, no issues to find. Cons: apartment a little outdated and could do with a lick of paint here and there to bring it up to scratch. Hotel lifts were very frustrating as had a mind of there own, heard afew complaints throughout the hotel and frustrations about them but that’s about it for cons as was a great place and one we’ll remember as a family.
