It was excellent Only improvements would be to provide 2 x water bottles in fridge We also experienced a bunch of noisy screening kids in the morning with parents yelling at them

Absolutely loved our stay so much so we will be heading there for Easter break with the kids in the hotel part. Beautiful building and excellent customer service could not fault it at all and location was fabulous

Staff were friendly and very helpful and parking was easy. The room had everything we needed and lots of space for the family. Room service was on time and we all enjoyed our breakfast. Thank you

A fantastic stay. Fabulous helpful staff who went out of their way to look after our family/ excellent breakfast. The only negative was a construction site outside our window on a high rise with noise 24 hours… the hotel Staff did everything they could to help

This is an extraordinary property, for better and for worse. The hotel is located in two gorgeous iconic buildings in Brisbane, but they are large and confusing and very difficult to navigate. It took us forever to locate our room (no kidding, even staff had a hard time finding it!), but we loved it once there. The hotel should provide property maps to make it easier for visitors to get around.

Great older hotel on riverside. The rooms are very spacious with tub. Great room for a family and everyone was friendly. Good location on the waterfront across from south end where museum and park are. Everything in walking distance and 7 min from central station. Would def recommend and book again.
