The entry to the carpark is labelled incorrectly, the right and left entry points were opposite to the traditional keep left motto. Otherwise this hotel is highly recommended for families and in a convenient location without paying the top end hotel prices.

Leaking roof in dining area, toilet way too close to the wall for even a child to use. No room service. Poor communication about breakfast pricing and parking pricing

Clean and comfortable rooms with an connecting door for our family of 2 parents, 12 year old and adult teen. Great location - walk to Broadway and Chinatown, City but on a quiet tree lined street. Secure parking under hotel.

The hotel is a small property in a quiet neighbourhood in the inner city though still convenient to walk to the city. The hotel staff are friendly and the hotel appears to have been renovated recently so it is modern and in good condition. It is also family friendly and has a reasonable breakfast buffet on weekends.

The Hotel was lovely and was very central to transport and shopping. The Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was great to have a restaurant on site and bar. The buffet breakfast was great and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again. We were a family of 5 and had a balcony room. We were quite comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well.
