The hotel is very minimalistic but has all the amenities and is very conveniently located. We traveled with children who don’t like to share a bed, and the value of having a room with 3 beds was enormous.

This was a lovely, well appointed property and conveniently located to Central station and main light rail lines. It's also a walking distance to Darling Harbour and the Comvention Centre, as well as sitting on the edge of Chinatown. On arrival, we were upgraded to a family studio which treated us to plenty of space, and a King Bed for a single traveller for a very affordable price.

Excellent accommodation for myself and 3 children. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, room was a good size and clean, great location for getting around Sydney, across the road from Paddy's market, Woolies Metro on the next corner, tram one block away, trains a relatively easy 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

I had a very enjoyable stay. Was able to check in early and was upgraded to family room, which was great after an international flight. Very convenient to train system and only a couple of stops from the airport or downtown. Price was very reasonable. Plenty of Korean, Chinese, Thai restaurants to choose restaurants to choose from in easy walking distance.

Location was excellent. Room was clean but too big for 1 person (had been upgraded from a single to a family room-4pax). The king mattress is overused, needs replacing. Overall good.

First of all we got given the wrong room. I booked a family room with 4 beds coz it was me and my partner and a my best friend but we ended up Walking in to a room with one double bed.. which was awkward for my friend, luckily the lady fixed it straight away and apologized and then we got to our new room and it smelt funny and was Pretty dirty to be honest. They don’t move furniture to vacuum, we had 3 beds in our room so we went to push the two singles together and the amount of dirt we found underneath was horrifying, found the same again when I moved the bed side table so I could plug my phone on charge. The shower in the bathroom had a lot of build up also, all in all it wasn’t the nicest hotel but you’d still think it would be clean
