Staff were super friendly and helpful. 2 bedroom suite was a great size for a family of 4. King bed was pretty uncomfortable as it was 2 beds pushed together. Aircon (heating) wasn’t working and by the time we were in the room and discovered the issue the reception was closed. Heated pool, not so heated

We stayed for the weekend (family of 5). A 2 bedroom room was perfect for us. We all slept well and the place is clean and fresh.

The pool is fantastic. Well maintained. My kids have been spending entire days just there. They were not happy with me taking them home.

A great place to base yourself for a Nelson Bay and surrounding area stay. Good size rooms and a great pool for the kids to play in. Great having the kitchen to save eating out all the time 😊

Was very spacious and the staff at the reception was very kind . Definitely be bringing the whole family back for a weekend getaway 👍
