The Noah's complimentary guest wi-fi did not work. Lucky I travel with my own modem. I had a balcony room with sliding doors so it was breezy and light. Room service was about 20 minutes for breakfast and dinner and good catering both times. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is the thing here. Right on spectacular Newcastle Beach. You can take the children to the Canoe Pool for paddling and you can swim in the sea baths or go in for a dip. The Surf Lifesaving club five minutes away has bacon and egg rolls for breakfast and later on the cafe/restaurant opens. Huge treat. Turn out of Noah's and walk right, to find it - absolute oceanfront.

Rooms dated, king beds only available in harbour view rooms. We wanted ocean view so had to settle for twin beds. They even rang on our day of arrival asking if we really needed the single bed in our room. That would have left us with a queen bed which we had avoided by booking a twin,with no compensation offered! Are you kidding

We had a room with the most glorious view of the ocean. It was a great venue, with a good restaurant, and very friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend this family owned hotel.
