Best Western Plus Goulburn

Overall a very comfortable stay with my family.

I appreciated having the two storey room - ideal to have a separate space from kids for TV, and then when they go to bed. It is open to the upstairs, so you can still hear them if you're downstairs (an advantage for me). In room facilities were good, I enjoyed the spa bath and Mor products in the bathroom. The room was very clean, there were a few small signs of age but nothing too worrying. The grounds are very bare - a gravel carpark which had some temporary fencing - I must admit I was second guessing my choice when I first arrived! A few more trees around would brighten the place up, but this is a hotel you wouldn't go to for the outdoor space. Don't let it put you off - luckily the indoor space is great! I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here a couple of times now and it’s great! The family room is massive and seems new. The staff are super friendly and we would stay here again next time.

The suite was perfect for our family of six, the split level with the four single beds upstairs was terrific for our children, and the lower level was spacious, providing us with everything we needed and more. The rest room facilities with the separate shower and WC allowed for several people to use the facilities privately and concurrently. The large internal window between the bath tub and the rest of the suite was a great touch.

My family enjoyed our time staying in Best Western Goulburn. From reception staffs service, cleaners, rooms everything was perfect during our stay. It’s our best place to stay whenever we plan to visit Goulburn.

Good value family room. Has everything we needed for an overnight stop. Perfect for families.

Dusty particularly upstairs. Stairs unsafe for kids. Beds comfy and great breakfast.

Stayed in two different rooms on two journey. The accomodation building is old, Hallway carpet needs Fresh cleaning) But Rooms are clean, well renovated. In room facilities good. Smart TV there with Games for kids....but for Netflix etc..you need own Log In ! Bathroom / Toilet clean spacious & beautiful. Stuffs were good, allowed me to shift my Booking next day. Over all we are happy.
