Dirty room under the beds was so dirty and dusty rude customer service and they over charged us for bringing our 2 yrs old child also breakfast was bad

A pleasant location with delightful views over the golf course. Comfortable king-size bed. No book of explanation of the room and hotel facilities. The toilet was ridiculously low, suitable only for children. The bathroom steamed up even with the fan turned on. No electrical plugs alongside the bed. We like to charge our phones whilst still having them alongside us in bed.

Everything was excellent Kids were welcomed Pool and gym was good Restaurant and food great Once again kids were looked after. Will be returning

Spacious rooms and bathroom, comfortable beds and prompt housekeeping. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Great (heated) indoor pool popular with families. Decent buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. But some furnishings were looking a little tired and worn, and in need of repair or replacing. Occasional musty smell in the bathroom was a distraction at times. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in the near future as otherwise it's a great place to stay.
