Convenient position for us to visit family at an affordable price. Loved to have cafe there, for coffee and simple breakfast. Dining available onsite for meals. Lovely and clean and quiet. Very good experience.

Room 23 connecting doors with 22 lack of soundproofing was appalling Heard everything from next door!! Crying children at midnight and conversations of adults was frustrating

The hotel suited our requirements to be close to visit our family and was conveniently next to a shopping centre. The room was clean & comfortable with a nice, easy to use shower, however, the power sockets at the desk were awkwardly underneath at floor level & could not take our phone chargers, so I had to ask for an extension cord. Also we had to use the toaster on the floor as there was no socket in the utility cupboard.

School holidays, grand kids, a pensioner the hotel close to the shops Canberra with it's wealth of interesting things to see and do, the staff friendly,rooms clean and all facilities necessary,quiet location but close to roads that took you to all places of interest.

We recently had a family stay and I must stay we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean & comfortable and they even upgraded to spa room without any charges due to booking issue. Really child friendly and they even brought us a microwave in our room for heating milk. Even though they are 6km out of the city but the price & services offered more than compensate for logistics.
