Brassey Hotel

Great stay apart from parents not controlling their kids in the corridor making heaps of noise when coming back late in the evening. Don’t blame the kids, but blame the parents not teaching their children correctly.

Fabulous stay in Canberra, conveniently located with very helpful staff. Great facility, and good for families we will definitely be back!

We visited Canberra during Easter and booked two rooms at this lovely hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, had a nice rustic feel with a fire place where you can have a cup of hot chocolate on the house. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was off street parking at the hotel or in the underground carpark of its sister hotels Burberry and Realm. There was a microwave, a sandwich maker and a variety of newspapers in the common area for use by guests. The hotel offers free and fast WIFI, and the toiletries smelled amazing. It is within walking distance to the new and old Parliament Houses and is located in a nice, quiet but safe and affluent area. What really impressed me was the Easter programme they had for the kids. The little ones were not forgotten. There were chocolate making with chef Fabian, Easter egg hunt on Sunday morning and movie night in with popcorn, drinks and chocolate eggs. Cushions, rugs and tents were set up to make the environment cosy for the kids. We had a great time staying at your hotel. Thank you Brassey and the gentleman who organised the Easter programme.
