we enjoyed the weekend family stay at this hotel. room is very nicely furnished. elegant. clean. beds are extra comfortable. check-in was easy and fast. same for check-out. our room was pre-paid. the mini bar was well stocked and prices are very reasonable, on par to average corner shop, it was pleasing to notice the hotel management cared for guests and not like others that charge ridiculous prices for the convenience. the breakfast was excellent. surprisingly good for an in hotel dining. overall, we will staybhere again and have already spread the good word with family and friends.

We enjoyed a great 2 night stay for my family of 4. I was quite hesitant at first, but as this property worked out to be the best value, we decided to try it out. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, with the exception of a small stain on a curtain panel, and the bathroom was very tidy. The beds were comfortable and robes and slippers available. Breakfast was included in the price and enjoyed by all. We were also lucky to have a birthday balloon in the room with chocolates for my son’s birthday. This was a fantastic surprise and made for a very happy child!

I chose the hotel because it was close to my family. It was exactly what I needed. Clean , comfortable, quiet with friendly service and attractive environment. The price was also very reasonable

We were charged extra and had a useless bed put in the room because we notified the hotel we had a 1yo baby staying as well as our two older kids. We just needed two double beds, we didnt need an extra camp bed. 1yo babies dont sleep on their own. And then the Foxtel didnt work properly - the picture was all blurry and snowy.

The staff were the best thing. Every single one of them happy, keen to help, polite, friendly. The pool is outdoor and not heated, so only one child was game enough to take a dip... the restaurant being renovated did not worry us as there was no noise (weekend stay), and the voucher added to the room was appreciated (due to the inconvenience of the renovation). The bathroom was clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, but I would recommend the cleaner doing a 'Mum check' i.e. we found personal items in the bedside drawer that just have been from the previous guest. Parking was included and greatly appreciated. Happy that there was a lift from the car park so I didn't have to drag the bags up. We stayed here to go to ENLIGHTEN and it was a brilliant choice- quick and easy to get around.
