Built among the tropical landscape in a glorious oceanfront setting(just a few steps and you're on the beach). Our residence combines the finest in Caribbean style with an exquisite sophisticated interior theme. Furnished with impeccable taste and style, the residence has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with appliances & granite counters, dining area, living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. Ocean views fill the entire master bedroom and living room balcony. When you leave your room, it's just a short walk & your feet are in the sand. It would be difficult to get any closer to the beach.

You have access to modern comforts including restaurants, a catamaran, an infinity edge pool, and watersports rentals.

You cant beat the location! Red Hook marina is about a five minute taxi drive and provides travel to neighboring islands such as St. John and St. Croix.

Nestled away on Water Bay, Jimmy Buffett's greatest hits are bound to start playing in your head as you kick back in your beachside hammock, on the shore of the turquoise Caribbean waters. Studio suites feature a maritime feel and are a spacious and refreshing place to come back to after enjoying a day in the sun at the tropical pool. The Studio Plus Suite has a king-size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa in an open area with a bathroom, living room with dining room table, and partial kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and flatware, and toaster). General amenities: Wi-Fi, balcony/deck, air conditioning, heating, and cable TV. Max occupancy 4, 503 sq. feet.

**Please note there is not a washer/dryer in the unit but the resort does have an onsite laundry room.**

The unit is resort managed, meaning all furnishings are standard to the resort and location will be assigned at check-in. We are happy to offer suggestions for location requests at check-in that may best suit your needs!

The View is independently and lovingly managed within the gates of Point Pleasant Resort, the island's favorite eco-resort, famous for its' views.. Walk the nature trails to our magical private beach. Take a dip in one of three glistening freshwater pools.

Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.



This resort also requires a $250 secuirty deposit that will be released upon check-out.



The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed.

Spend the day playing on Point Pleasant Resort's private sand beach then return to dine at one of the resort's 2 restaurants. Change of towels is available on request.

Spend the day catching some rays at the beach, relaxing by one of The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas's 2 outdoor swimming pools, or pampering yourself at the full-service spa.
