Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort

I recently stayed at this resort for a 5-night trip, and I must commend Lam for his exceptional service. From the moment we arrived and were whisked away in a tuk-tuk cart, Lam was attentive to our family’s needs, consistently available via KakaoTalk messenger from morning till evening. His care made navigating the resort seamless, ensuring we enjoyed the buggy rides, the swimming pool, and the private beach, all of which were perfect. Whenever we reported issues, such as the bathroom door malfunction or the swimming pool lights, the response was impressively swift and efficient, adding to our overall satisfaction. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness under the beds and behind the sofas was not up to the mark, and the breakfast, while adequate, lacked variety and did not meet the exceptional standards set by other services. Additionally, while we were aware of the distance from the city, the requirement to reserve shuttles for travel was somewhat inconvenient. Overall, our stay was delightful, largely due to Lam's dedication and the beautiful facilities. The resort’s prompt service response and the meticulous attention to ensuring guest comfort have certainly set a high standard, making this a memorable vacation.

Property is so beautiful and amazing. A lovely get away just minutes away from Nha Trang. Alice, Vin, the GM, and the entire staff were attentive and made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing! Wish we could have stayed longer! Loved our villa. I am recommending all our friends and family to stay here! I hope to be back soon. Also, thank you to the staff for my birthday cake, that was a very pleasant surprise!

** Overall: 'Very satisfying' for family trip ** Staffs: Super kind/ and treating guest sincerely. But it doesn't mean quality of service is also superb: i.e. arrived passed midnight but couldn't meet the concierges/ and feedback from inquiries that made before arrival was quite confusing and occurred misunderstandings. ** Rooms: Very clean and spaceful. Wifi was speedy and swimming pool was always clean. But, very many mosquitoes and insects, occasionally need to ask for an eradication. ** Facilities: MUST visit Spa and Sauna. Quality of the service was far beyond expectation. Regret we experienced it at the last day of our stay. Main swimming pool was nice and clean, and beach has great sands. ** Foods: Most, maybe only disappointing part of our stay at the resort. Breakfast buffet was okay, but not special. Guest cannot take any foods inside the resort, which also means the resort should provide various and quality foods. Very limited choice of menu or restaurant, and food quality of the room service was horrible. It's very hard accessing to outside restaurants, since the resort location is about 50 minutes distance from center of the city. Our family had to travel to the city center 2 times during 5 days of stay. Hotel should seriously upgrade the quality of service.

We all really had a great stay in Vinpearl long beach for 3 nights! It is suitable for big family holiday, we stayed in villa with 4 bedroom, everything is wonderful. We enjoy to taste with difference kinda Vietnamese, western, chinese styles breakfast everyday. And love to join the free yoga class in the morning. The best thing to do is swimming in the hotel beach in the morning. All staffs are kind and helpful. We also join the vietnamese cooking class for a great fun! Awesome!
