Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort & Spa

It is a family resort. Too crowded at breakfast buffet even though it is a low season. Great variety of food for breakfast buffet. Comfortable room and bed but thin walls. Room service staff's hygiene in food handling was not properly trained. Feedback to hotel but no response from them.

It was good,nice place, good facility, clean beach, excellent animation team. Everyone can find what to do ( play volleyball or sunbathing all day :) up to you) very good with children, lots of them and they are in activities with animation team, cuisine is variety ( asia/ europe/ russia/turkey/vietnam)I would be happy come to this place another time. And thank you everyone who gave us nice vacation

The facilities at the Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort are first class, except that they are not complete. The villas & junior suites are separated from the main hotel tower and are very nice. However, the main hotel tower is still under construction. Only the first floor reception, lower lobby & second floor are complete. The rest is under construction and this was not revealed to us. Thankfully, we booked a junior suite and not a hotel room. The food was mediocre at the restaurant and there is nothing else close by. The service at the restaurant was also mediocre. The staff is very limited in their english speaking skills. The reception staff also had limited english speaking skills. There were maybe two people who had average english speaking skills on staff.
