We loved staying at this boutique hotel which is part of a larger hotel group called Elegance Hotels including the La Siesta hotels in the Old Quarter. The best part about staying here was how wonderful their service was at every point of our stay! We had the family room which was a bit compact although perfect for our use since we were out and about every day. The breakfast area was lovely with great service and full breakfast menu with all kinds of options! We were also happily surprised by their travel services including very competitive rates on our Orchid cruise to Ha long Bay and quick set ups for tours in Hanoi! Setting up all our touring options while still in the U.S with Mr Thang via email was so easy and efficient that I felt very comfortable traveling to Vietnam for the first time. He set up our visa fast track so it took only 10 minutes to get through immigration then ensured the rest of our trip was fun even though the weather did not cooperate. Thanks to Mr Thang and his team, we had a great visit to Vietnam!
