Airport Hotel Hanoi Convenient & Friendly

ホテルよりも民宿みたいな感じ。受付でオーナーの子どもがゲームをしていて、２Fにオーナー家族が住んでいて、３Fで泊まる感じ。 サイトの日本語変換機能がよくないのか？空港ホテル間の送迎が無料だと思ったら、迎えは有料、送りは無料だった。 海外に慣れていないから文化の違いかもしれないが、ホテルの周辺も、高校生の息子を連れて歩くには心配な感じの治安だった。 It looks more like a guest house than a hotel. It's like the owner's children are playing games at the reception, the owner's family lives on the 2nd floor, and you stay on the 3rd floor. Is the Japanese conversion function on the site not good? I thought the transfer between airport and hotel was free, but the pick-up was charged and the drop-off was free. I am not used to being abroad, so it may be cultural differences, but the area around the hotel was also a bit unsafe, which is worrisome for walking around with my high school student son.

It is definitely not a 4-5 star hotel but decent with the money that I pay for the convenience. Things i like most was they treating all the guests like their family member from the time I got pick up to the time they dropped me off the airport. I gave them 5 stars for the services, especially with the hotel manager Henry, and I definitely will stay here a gain for future trips to Ha Noi.

I`ve booked room in this hotel (room type Superior Double or Twin Room, with Window) for 2 nights for my family. After check-in we`ve found out that room does not match the descriprion. Room details which are on description but absent in fact: - Cable TV Service - Electical adapters\chargers - Fireplace - Flat-pannel TV - Free bottled water - In-room safe - Minibar - Phone - Premium TV channels. I think the owner should align description of his property with the reality to avoid misleading travellers. Also there were some things in room I want to pay your attention at: 1) in bathroom of our room was no glass in window (only a plastic grid), so there were many mosquitoes; 2) one of the towels was unclean with marks from dirty hands; 3) after going barefoot in the room our feet were dirty so there was dirty floor; 4) drain in bathroom does not work properly so wastewater came up from sewerage. Rooms in this hotel definitely needs repair. We`ve stayed in room for about 2 hours instead of 2 days and then left to another hotel. Also you sholud know that you wont find any minimart around, only small local shops which can be closed most of time.

Are so glad we booked this place. After leaving Hà Long Bay we got dropped back into the old town around 5pm. It then took 1hr 20m to get to this hotel which is next to the airport. If we had stayed in the old town catching our flight the next day would have been close. Got to hotel around 6.30pm. Seems to be a family run kind of place. As soon as we dropped the bags in the room we came down and they happily made us beef and noodles along with spring rolls. Reasonable prices too. The room itself needed a little TLC. But the main thing was the air con worked well and with my earplugs in I slept like a baby. Next morning breakfast was cooked fresh and then offered a free ride to the airport. What's not to like.
