We are a family of 4 with two young children. It is safe to say that we all enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff were all friendly, helpful with the internet connections of our multiple devices, and accommodating our request for late check out. I liked that the hotel was away from the noisy old quarters and very accessible via taxi. The pool is especially nice and good size. My only negative point is that the property itself is about old and run down but nevertheless acceptable.

Had travelled to Hanoi for a 3 nights. The property is well located in the heart of the city on the Westlake. The sunset from the sunset bar are amazing to watch out for. Our room was located on the water facing the city view but got glimpse of the Lakeview and had a view of the sunrise. The breakfast had a big spread and staff is friendly and attentive. My wife birthday was in the 7th and we had a day trip to Halong bay and the staff provided a cake and card to wish her well. I would recommend the stay to my family and friends and definitely will visit again when in Hanoi.

Wonderful stay with family for 3 days with staff taking excellent care of all our needs and going out of the way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The services offered in the Club lounge are excellent, not to mention every friendly Mr. Minh who takes great care of our needs and great to have a chat!

My family and I spent 4 days in this wonderful place, and we were extremely happy. The staff is very kind, friendly and accommodating. They are always smiling and going the extra mile to make your stay more pleasant. Breakfast is fantastic. We cannot express how great we all felt everyday. We would most definitely recommend this hotel, and we will stay here next time we come to Hanoi.
