Lovely property but what stands out its its level of service which put a smile from the getgo the moment i got off the taxi. A 6yr old property which is well maintain. only thing is you have to use Grab to wherever as with all the beachfront resorts along the stretch its further from the city area. room doors are a little thin so i hear my neighbour and its kids whenever the leave

Very comfortable bed. Wonderful staff and service. Very clean rooms and hotel. Beautiful large pool, many activities for kids, swing at the pool was so pretty. The beach has some rubbish though. The food was slightly more expensive than eating out. The kids water area did not have water on our first 2 days and we didn’t know how to turn the water on. Saw other guests playing only when we checked out. Had a lovely time.

It was second time to stay Sheraton Da Nang for me. I feel their service is not so good. Especially, reception staffs are not professional. The other 5 stars hotels like Shilla, Hoiana and so on, are much better than Sheraton service. The swimming pool and kids club is good.

My girlfriends and I decided to start our spring break at a resort to decompress from a very stressful 3rd quarter at our jobs, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The Sheraton Grand, despite not having many guests at the time, made us feel so welcome and appreciated. The grounds and facilities were in peak condition and the pool was absolutely wonderful. The food at La Plage restaurant was delicious (we ate dinner there both nights instead of going into Da Nang!) and the rooms were gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. The double beds in the 2-bed rooms were VERY appreciated. I'm tall and wide and having a double bed to sleep in instead of a twin made my stay that much more comfortable. The linens were so plush. I especially appreciated the full size towels at the pool! Speaking of the pool, as a water baby I could not have loved it any more. The resort had some pool floaties that me and the girls did funny photoshoots with and floated around on, and the infinity edge made for some gorgeous pictures. I live in Vietnam and will definitely be staying here again, probably a few times!

We booked a family trip to Danang and chose Sheraton for its kids pool play area and infinity pool - both lived up to expectations, even if it does get a bit hot on sunny mornings as the resort gets the full brunt of the morning sun and there's not much cover around the pool. Staff are generally friendly - some stand outs were Ms Huong at the buffet breakfast who recommended F&B choices and remembered our family and stopped to talk, even when they were extremely busy; also the pool guard Mr Huong who helped set up our poolside dinner even though it was last order. Hotel food is pricey as expected (especially compared to outside options, but these are about 1/2 hour car ride away) but the quality is good - more Vietnamese/local choices would be appreciated rather than just Western style food.
