Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa

Excellent service, spacious and comfortable rooms/bed with amazing view, great food. Pools were very nice! And also cute sand play areas for kids :) Only negative thing I want to comment is that the bathroom floors get super slippery when wet.... and my toddler and us almost(!) had few accidents... but overall stay was very pleasant, and would consider staying here again if we plan to visit da nang.

The hotel is nice enough but not at the price point. Staff are very friendly and generally trying, but I sense training is somewhat lacking. That said, I’d give a positive shout out to the Terrasse Bar staff. Room was clean and good size (an “upgrade”) but in a poor state of repair. Had to have several issues fixed on first day … and lived with several others for the duration of stay. The standard of refreshments and toiletries within the room was low. Restaurants were reasonable excepting breakfast, which was very average … And badly managed (had to complain near every day). “Water Sport” area a joke, with a couple of beaten up kayaks and some boogie boards. The jellyfish warning sign didn’t help the image. Lots of children but no proper Adults Only areas. Laundry hanging outside most rooms does not help the image. Landscaping and outside areas in general are very well maintained. Overall a bit too “family friendly” for my taste and overly biased towards a particular nation group … so not best choice for someone travelling by themselves (read lonely in a crowd).

My child loved the pool with sand area. Pool side was noisy at night.

This was such a great hotel, me and my mom enjoyed our stay so much! The hotel was right beside the beach, you can walk right out to the beach, which was so lovely. The pool was beautiful, there was even a slide! (but only for kids, so definitely a plus if you're traveling with kids). Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The staff and the service are amazing, everyone was so helpful, made our stay super easy. It's not too far from everything, yet quiet because it's not in the city centre, so we were able to have restful nights after our day trips.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. They also provide various activities for kids, and we enjoyed them. The squid game and night festivities on 31st December were incredibly fantastic.

I will provide a fair review. The property was built with major flaws, and every room you can hear echoes and every movement from chairs and furniture and noises from the units above and adjacent to your room. I complained many times, was woken up every morning early by the sounds of chairs scraping across the floor and kids screaming and running around. To be fair, the staff was understanding and nice and they acknowledged that the property has a construction flaw. But in reality, you won't have a quiet peaceful stay here due to this sound insulation problem.

My family and I had a great time at the hotel. The hotel has multiple pools and is directly connected to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. We would love to come back again soon.

The stay at Hyatt was amazing. From check in to check out. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They remembered everything about us during our 4 night stay. Food allergies/ restrictions to preference on how we like the eggs. The facilities are really nice and top notch as well. From activities for kids like the Hyatt club, pool, rock climbing and much more. Restaurants for everyone’s taste. Highly recommend the regency club option. Shout out to Thao for special attention to detail.

It was such a family friendly environment. The residence was spacious for our family and we have enjoyed the every facilities and loved the quiet atmosphere.
