Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Torrington, an IHG Hotel

Great stop on our family road trip. Staff were kind and accommodating. I was thrilled to find that the laundry machines were complementary. Also, the breakfast buffet was great.

We got the family suite and it was very nice! Didn't use the tub cause it was an old jetted tub and gross looking!

Another amazing stay!!! Beds were very comfortable and we were lucky enough to be a recently renovated room with a huge shower!!! Hotel is quiet, staff is very attentive and polite. The breakfasts here are the very best hands down!!! Attendant kept everything refilled and any spills wiped up immediately!!! Food was fresh and delicious. The evening cocktail hour was a very nice touch and the attendant was very friendly. Hope the hot tub is back up and running on our next stay!!! Our grandchildren loved the pool!!!

This stay was our second stay in a week at this property due to a death in our family. We checked out on Monday morning after a three night stay to continue on our vacation. We came back Wednesday night and stayed for four more nights. I guess that tells you how satisfied we were with everything about this hotel even after spending seven nights there!!! Nice hot breakfast in the morning with rotating choices and a great Happy Hour in the evening… Next time we stay we will be at Happy Hour every night!!!

Very friendly staff… their hot breakfast was amazing!!! The grandchildren enjoyed their swim in the pool… we are coming back for another stay here this week for a family funeral service.

Our family of four spent two nights here over the 4the of July holiday. Friendly staff with easy check-in and knowledgeable about the local area. Hotel is clean, safe, practical and very affordable. There’s some slight construction on the main floor and the pool was closed while we were there. Not a big deal for us as we weren’t planning to use the pool. I’ve stayed here in the past and the experience is consistent. There are very limited lodging options in Torrington and this is our go-to when we are visiting this area. We had a positive stay and would book again.

The first morning we were there, the breakfast was not bery warm, was a bit old looking and the juice maching and panacake maker were both out of order. The 2nd morning all was up and tunning and tasted great! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! A lot of very loudly closing doors from 5:30am-8am both mornings, not sure it was staff or guests though. Pool was out of order, made the kiddo not happy at all. All in all, it was a decent stay.
