Travelodge by Wyndham Morrill

The front desk clerk was rude. There's nothing on the website that says that all King rooms are upstairs, and they have no elevator. We reserved a handicap room for one of our guests, and specifically requested a special chair, which we were assured we would have. The room did not have the chair, and the front desk clerk was short with us when we asked about it. She also told another one of our guests (we were there for a family reunion) that if she and her husband had children in the room, that the kids had to be quiet and couldn't run around because they would disturb the guests. It was obvious that their main concern was making sure the railroad contractors who stayed there regularly were happy.
