Beautiful hotel, looked fairly new. Happy hour snacks were a nice surprise. Rooms were not a good layout for families with sink in the bedroom area, toilet area was so small a person could hardly get around the door. Bed was far too soft and left me with a back ache. Lots of noise from the room above with “elephants”running back and forth. We really appreciated the laundry facilities.

We are staying here because of a baseball tournament we’re in town for. We had pizza ordered for the kids which we had in lobby. The staff was so great about allowing us to utilize the space and then they took care of all the pizza boxes and pool towels that the kids left behind. Great place to stay!!

Clean overall, saw staff both days cleaning and wiping down surfaces in the main lobby and elevator/high touch areas. Breakfast was excellent like most Holiday Inn Express'. Breakfast attendant very nice and was constantly restocking and cleaning area. Pool was a bit chilly but hot tub pleasant! Room was clean but had a slight musty smell to it. Could see condensation bubbles in paint on bathroom ceiling, room 224. Only downfall to this stay was the noise on the 2nd floor from a particular family/ set of rooms. Overall a good stay, would go back.

I know it isn’t the hotels fault that the elevator isn’t working, but it’s a Holiday weekend and we had several items to bring to our room. We also have young kids so it was hard to do with them. Our TV wasn’t working and when I called down to the front desk the lady wasn’t very nice about it.

Staff very nice and professional. My room was nice and clean. My grande kids loved the pool. The lobby and the lobby bathroom were nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel! We had a large party and we were treated wonderfully! The “Happy Hour” was awesome! Great for families and singles.

The property was clean but the room smelled like someone had smoked in it and tried to cover it up. If want so late we would have asked to switch. Broken glass all over the parking lot. Loud kids running around all night long.
