Clean rooms, wonderful staff. Had a room with a pullout couch bed, and when I pulled it out for my kiddos to sleep there was damage rendering it not safe for sleep. I reported it right away to the staff, and the next night was a note that a new couch was ordered and would be delivered with [date]. I was impressed with the speed and focus. Also, amazing breakfast! Banana nut waffles, my kids still talk about them!

We were able to have a little family birthday party and use the pool the kids had a great time perfect little place to stay in town to get away like we were away great customer service the front desk clerk was always prepared n standing at the front desk of anyone needed anything very nice young man

We planned a reunion at the hotel and they closed the pool Saturday morning and that was our pool day with the kids . We had 8 rooms and 23 of us and no activity. We sat in the breakfast room and bought games but when you specifically book for a major amenity it’s frustrating
