Best Western Outlaw Inn

We arrived very late and I was so relieved that someone was present at the front desk when I walked in and I didn't have to wait for someone to show up at the counter. Check in was a breeze and we were able to get into our room in minutes. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The cowboy decor added to the charm. Our room was in the inside courtyard area near the pool which my kids would have loved had we arrived much earlier. Breakfast was perfect, with fresh eggs, sausage and bacon, as well as cereal, yogurts and other options. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was incredibly hot! Turns out the A/C was broke. We got in so late, just to sleep. Felt warm when we got there, but just set the thermostat on cool and lowered the temp and fell asleep. Woke in the middle of the night with the room being even hotter. It was about 15-20 degrees cooler in the hallway, so I opened the door and stayed up -trying to cool the room down. Ultimately ended up sleeping in the chair next to the door with the door open with the chain on it. Didnt want to call someone, just to wake up my kids that desperately needed thier sleep. Tried to use the fridge to help cool the room, but the fridge didnt work either!

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. No elevator to the 3 floor. I’m using a cane so carrying luggage up and down stairs was difficult. Pool are was very humid. Uncomfortable to visit wit family. No restaurant. Breakfast was good. But the overall experience was disappointing.

We stayed here on our way to Yellowstone and loved it so much we booked the return trip stay. Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was outstanding! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They also accommodated us with adjoining rooms for our family of 6! We will definitely stay again next time we go through Rock Springs!

Great stay for the night! Checked in late and the kids got to enjoy the pool after breakfast.

This property says it has air conditioning, but after our experience of it not working, then checking reviews by others the past year, it doesn't or they don't allow it to be used. It's June, there are no windows to open, and no A/C. The room was stuffy and we needed to use a fan. In the morning, we had our door open to let in the fresh air, and an employee stood in our doorway, asking us over and over if we were ready yet to leave. This was at 9 am , way before check out. I booked two rooms, one for family members, who has to be moved at 2:30 in the morning, due to a dirty room. In the morning, we asked to speak to the mamagee/owner from the night before, and we're told he wasn't there, yet we saw him going the opposite direction. The place does not look like the photos online. So disappointed.

The rooms are small, but very clean. A baby cried all night in a room near us and kept us awake, but that was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was served, not a self-service. All staff was very polite.

Great place to stay! Would stay there again. Great food, bar and indoor pool for the kids.
