Awesome staff night and day. Great pool and comfortable spacious room. Very family friendly. Great job being appropriately staffed in the morning. Everything was is at ease and encouraged us along a long trip.

Clerk that checked is in appeared to have family there and they just lounged around in the common area. Unprofessional in my opinion. Hot breakfast food was cold and microwave was filthy so couldn’t even warm the food up. Room was

The room was great, but the staff was what made our stay special. Dana, the night clerk, and the lovely couple on days, whose names I didnt get, treated us like family. They greeted us warmly every time they saw us, made sure we were happy and our needs were met. If youre coming to Laramie, this is where you want to stay.

Our room was exceptionally clean, the staff was absolutely amazing. We came to Laramie for a day/evening trip from Ft Collins. We were completely happy with our room, we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, but of course I checked it out, and they looked clean. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Would highly recommend staying here to friends and family.

The people are friendly. The beds were the best part about the place. This place DOES NOT have an elevator. So we had to haul our luggage up the stairs with our three kids. It wasn't a bad place if you have a room on the first floor, or if you don't mind not having an elevator. We probably won't be staying here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The customer service is above and beyond. The hospitality is truly remarkable and genuine. Breakfast was great. It is an older building but they take great care to clean and keep things looking great. We took our child to WY for WyoTech and spent 4 nights there. We will be back.

Our car stopped working on our way to Denver and this was the closes hotel to us with good reviews. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and family friendly.
