Excellent stay from start to finish. We booked last minute due to poor weather and closed roads. Upon check in, we were given a ground level floor, which was perfect. The kids were thrilled with the biggest hotel pool and hot tub they had ever seen, they spent hours swimming and relaxing in them. Breakfast had a great variety of foods and was kept well-stocked and tables cleaned. A fantastic stay, will come again!

I have to write a bad review. First, there was an empty drink can and kids toy on the floor of our room. Then the lamps did not work. Then we found out the eletrical outlets didnt work. Thats when we decided to change room. We were given the wrong key and actually walked into an occupied room. Then in the new room we had to wipe around the bottom of the toilet - ewww. Finally, the bath towel are thin and rough.

We absolutely loved our stay. It feels like home when we stay there. My kids love the huge pool and the welcoming fireplace. We will always stay here when we come to town.

This hotel was very disappointing for our family vacation. We chose based on the positive reviews which were misleading. Good things: -bed was comfortable -lobby was clean Bad things: -breakfast was scarce -pool was freezing -pool area only half lit -hot tub only warm -all hallways smelled of Marijuana -large stains on hallway carpets -our room was damp smelling the entire time -beds were never made -toilet paper never replenished -towels never replenished I would honestly say this was probably the worst hotel experience our family has had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

As a family with young grandchildren, and a disabled adult, this hotel met lots of needs. The accessibility was wonderful for the wheelchair, and the pool was great for the grandkids. There is enough shallow end for young swimmers.

We were traveling with our family dog. The room they put us in smelled like a wet dog. We asked to be moved so they moved us to a room next door which was slightly better in smell. Also, the outlets did not work properly.

Great hotel with beautiful lobby. Breakfast was good, especially the pancakes! My room had a broken lock latch, couldn’t get the room temp as cool as i liked and the bed was a little too soft for my liking but other than that it was great. The indoor pool was a HUGE hit with the kids

Room was clean. They didn’t have our room ready at check in time though so we had to wait around for a while longer. Pool was broken most of the week on our stay. The Yellowstone suite was nice and had a jetted tub but the drain to the tub was broken. for the cost per night the room really should have had a Mountain View in at least 1 window in my opinion . One of the Windows is water stained and needs cleaned for people to see out of. The room had a bad musky odor that would seem to come from the ac units. For the cost,Was a little disappointed that there wasn’t room service. A week is a long time to go without a room being cleaned. Had to go and ask for towels at the front desk.Lobby was really neat and rustic looking. Their breakfast options were a little rough. For the cost of the stay I would have at least thought the breakfast room would be fully stocked with hot breakfast options and cold options especially with a Walmart right down the street. I’ve been to hotels that were better stocked breakfast wise that were half the cost per night. Assuming it’s a staffing issue like many since covid . There wasn’t milk to go with the cereal and the food that was supposed to be heated was placed out to the serving area cold. This hotel ranks 2nd In Laramies travel guide. Perhaps the hotel went downhill a bit since the guide was published? Overall it served its purpose as our base camp for family adventures in the area but will probably not be staying there again.
