Was hesitate to book base on other bad reviews but surprised when checked in. I have the Superior, Two Queen and the room is big and very clean. We were on the 7 days road trip to Yellowstone and Grand teton this hotel is by far the best for half of the price of old faithful inn and mammoth hotel that we stay on the first 4 night. Location is good couple minutes walk to the town. My family love it and will definitely stay here again.

Check in was great. the staff is friendly. Next to plenty of shopping and dining. Fire station across the street grand kids loved watching them go in and out.

We've stayed at a number of more 'affordable' hotels/motels in Jackson between backpacking trips in the Tetons. This was actually the best among budget/family hotels. Rooms were spacious, balconies are great, and location/parking are fantastic. Will stay again.

My family and I had a lovely stay here for 3nights this week. It’s kind of overpriced for ~$350/night considering it’s a motel with really no amenities and no breakfast either. Just coffee in the lobby. However, you won’t find anything cheap(er) at Jackson Hole. We were given a 2-queen room on the 3rd floor. It was more than I expected. It provides a nice view of the ski lifts. The hotel itself is a bit old but otherwise clean. The provided shampoo, conditioner and lotion are tiny. I always bring my toiletries so that wasn’t an issue for me. The hotel’s location can’t be beat! Overall, we were more than happy with our stay!
