The Lexington at Jackson Hole

It was very clean. Professional service. Breakfast, kids liked the afternoon fresh baked cookies, and 24-hr coffee and lemonade/ waters were a nice extra.

Reasonably priced hotel. All of downtown Jackson is easy, walkable distance. Service and amenities great for families.

This was a great stay for our family. You can’t beat the location. We were able to walk to shopping and dining. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. My kids loved the hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby and the breakfast each morning.

Great location as it’s a quick walk to both the elk refuge and to downtown for shopping and dining. The 5pm fresh baked cookies in the lobby was a big hit with the kids.

Our room was amazing. Large, perfect for families. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Room was warm in the winter, temperature was easy to adjust. Pool was much smaller than expected, but great for our little family.

Please be mindful of which building you getting a room as they have different adjoining buildings (other than the main one where they have front desk). The other buildings don’t even have an elevator and rooms don’t even have a window! For every small request you have to go to the other building. The staff is not helpful and unpleasant. You wouldn’t expect that on paying $200 per night. The breakfast area is so small and is common for all the buildings and it gets so congested that random people end up sharing that small bkfast table with your family.

Direct walking access to downtown attractions. Rooms are modern, clean and quiet. The beds and bedding are high quality. Adjoining rooms have room to room access which was nice as we we’re traveling with extended family. We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with lots of little added amenities for families. My biggest complaint was that the the fireplace suite we booked, the fireplace didn’t work. That was why we booked the room!! We told the hotel receptionist when we checked out and her response was well did you call to notify the front desk? Well no we didn’t because it was late at night when we were ready to go to sleep at 10:30 and didn’t want the kids to be woke up!!! The hotel was great otherwise

We loved this place. It really is walking distance from the main historic town. It begins right next to the hotel. The staff was super friendly and working hard to keep the guests happy. My grandkids loved the 24 hour hot chocolate. The breakfast was very good. They have bicycles that you can use. There was a lovely little patio area right outside of our room. The room was nicer than your average motel, very clean and comfortable. There were even heated tile floors in the bathroom and vanity area. We would highly recommend the Lexington.

My daughters and I spent 2 days at this hotel before meeting other family members at the airport for a subsequent family vacation in Yellowstone. The hotel advertises free shuttle service to and from the airport for its guests, which was a selling point for us. Our room was on the bottom floor, which is basically a half basement. It smelled dank and moldy. We could also clearly hear conversations from rooms above and next to us, although they were speaking at a normal level. Upon leaving, we asked for the shuttle to the airport. There was one run on the schedule for the day. The employee who operated the shuttle heard us talking about meeting others at the airport to get a rental car and said that if we were not getting on a plane, we could not use the free shuttle. He would not budge on this even after we had stayed at their hotel for two nights and their “free airport shuttle for guests” is prominent in their (false) advertising. The only positive of our stay was that most of the other staff was friendly and helpful. We will not be staying here again nor recommending to others. There are too many great places that appreciate their guests more than this one.
