We choose hotels with pools as that's something my kids enjoy. The pool was closed so my girls were pretty disappointed.

Rooms were dirty upon arrival for several guests. Had to wait an additional amount of time for new sheets and a cleaning. Pool was closed for maintenance but we never saw a single person working on it. Rented this room for my kids to be able to swim.

Pool was absolutely freezing. My child got sick from swimming in the pool and the hot tub was not completely warm.

Was very clean and comfortable-and affordable as well; would not only stay there again but would highly recommend to friends and family

We had sound problems with our tv, went to the front desk and they fixed it instantly. The next morning while we were eating breakfast, we left our husky babies in our truck for maybe ten minutes. Our oldest decided to get into our smoothie that we thought was safe in the door cubby. Mango smoothie ALL OVER THE FRONT TWO SEATS. I went to the front desk and asked for some wet towels and explained what had happened. She found some dry towels lol, but I was able to use the lobby bathroom and get it cleaned up. My husky on the other hand, let’s just say she has orange spots all over still haha. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly! It was our first stay in a hotel with our huskies and everything went great!

I would consider this a nicer hotel where I would be happy to take my family. Clean, comfortable. The bathroom is about ready for an upgrade / renovation as faucets, tubs, door showing significant use. I'd stay again given excellent pricing.

A few things didn't work (cable t.v., telephone), and had to ask for pool towels each time we used the pool. Hotel clean, kid friendly.

The hotel was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Upon checking in staff admitted they were very understaffed which is expected right now and not an issue with me at all. My biggest issue is the price gouging that took place of the rodeo families. What was a room that cost $120-$130 normally, cost $279 for the week of HS National finals. $3000 hotel bill. Ridiculous. I understand big rate increases for a weekend football game. Everyone knows that happens. These rodeo families were there for around 10 days, maybe more. Many families commented on the gouging and how extreme it was. Even the staff told told me and another customer about how big the rate increases were and how the hotel couldn’t wait till the rodeo came back for that reason.

First room was not advertised to accommodate my family and marketing was not what we received. They moved us to another room that had a pull out sofa for my son, when we walked into the room it hadn’t even been cleaned from the prior desk, food all over the floor beds unmade dirty towels all over. I went back to the desk and the clerk was very rude and said well your going to have to take the first room I gave you: I said there’s NOT A bed for my son. She then said I’ll bring you a rollaway. Later she showed up with a rollaway and told us “I won’t charge you for this roll away” are you kidding me? Worst customer service I’ve had here.

Your hotel needs some serious plumbing TLC! Toilet handle broke, sorta fixed and still had issues. Tub didn’t drain for last two days! Thankful we at least had the sink working. Not just our room as other family and friends there for graduation that had issues as well. Going to assume there was also staffing issues…no one to be found most of the time we were there. Sign left with a number to call. Could be a nice hotel but was disappointed.
