Location and safety are my first priority when traveling! As single mom with two young kids we all felt safe at this establishment and were able to walk or take a short walk to get what we needed!

The guy at the front desk was very nice but uninformed and didn't know very much. It's too bad they only have on elevator. The kids loved the water park but half of it was closed, and that's ok. The laundry facilities equipment was poor. Good stay overall.

The waterpark is always a fun time for my children. The staff is always friendly and accommodates changes to reservations as needed.

The staff here is top notch. Very friendly and courteous. The pool of course the kids love. The beds and pillows are great, TV is bonkers! My family wants one for our home 😛

Everything was awesome, especiallythe indoor waterpark! It was the best hotel we stayed in on our 9 day road trip from Oregon to SD. The kids are still raving about it. It was affordable, had so much variety for breakfast and was pretty comfy. The hotel staff were very accomidating and super friendly!

First of all, the beds are so terrible. Even my 15 year old's back hurt in addition to mine and my husband's. The breakfast was very limited and the coffee was horrendous. Most importantly, the staff is very unwelcoming. In three days, I'm sure we walked passed the front desk a dozen times, the staff said hello one time. Otherwise we were ignored and they continued having personal conversations. We have stayed here quite a few times and had family stay there as well. I can confidently say I won't be staying here again.

Sad the water slides and other pool features were under construction. We were really looking forward to that with our kids. But our overall experience was good.
