The best place to stay in Gillette. We visit family yearly in Gillette and this is the only place we stay.

On your website it said there was a hot tub, they said it was being fixed, it wasn’t and we were there for 3 days. We received a wake up call at 2:00 AM twice it’s very hard to get back to sleep. They said they cleaned our room, they didn’t and we had to request towels. I booked this hotel based on your 9.4 rating and I do not complain or usually do reviews but I was very disappointed and will not stay here again and I will tell my family/ friends the same. We have family who live in Gillette so we do travel there yearly.

Enjoyed our stay...check-in was very courteous....room was very clean....bed was comfy....pillows satisfying....wifi was good....breakfast was satisfying....too many loud children to enjoy the pool

The room overall was fine and the staff at check in at the front desk was great. However, when we turned the fan on the air conditioner on, the room REEKED of cigarette smoke. I couldn’t breathe and both of my kids had trouble breathing from the cigarette smell.
