Mainstay Suites Casper

What we didn't like about the property, is there is no free breakfast. Some how I missed that part when I booked the hotel. We will not be staying at this hotel again. For the price we paid, there should have been breakfast. We had to make an extra stop at the grocery store and spend extra money so we could eat breakfast. For a family of 6 people, that adds up fast.

I stayed for 6 nights straight. The room itself was great. The door kept giving us issues. Noticed it on the 2nd day as I left the building and returned. After a little bit we were able to open the door. They were going to figure out. Stayed in the room until day 4. I left and when I returned, same issue with the door. It had not been taken care of. The staff working this shift handled it very well. I was exhausted as I have been doing this study for epilepsy. And had my baby, plus carrying around a big heavy black duty box. On the last day, I left to go to the clinic right away. And noticed that the door was still not fixed so I took the expensive things to the car with me so I could leave the door open. I returned. Around 9 the staff was working on getting the door fixed. Bad timing, since might as well wait another couple of hours and do this when I left.

Little sad but they no longer do breakfast anymore but it’s definitely fits my family and I in one room so I like it for that reason

Was a good location and the kids enjoyed the pool. However our air conditioner did not work AT ALL. The thing turned on but there was zero cold air. The windows had no screens, so couldn’t open them. Had to run and buy a fan to have some sort of comfort. The hotel was completely booked so no option of switching. Was a 7 overall! Would more than likely stay again, but pray for a room with AC

Very nice, inviting, room was great, staff was attentive and very courteous. Would stay again, and I recommended to a family member traveling through WY soon.

Very nice hotel for a family! Kids loved the pool and we loved the spacious rooms. The front desk clerk was very personable and we really enjoyed them!

Hotel was just ok, when we first got into our room I had to ask a maid come in and vacuum our couch cushions because there was clumps of dog hair on them. Later when we pulled the sofa bed out you could see they don’t move the furniture around and vacuum underneath things. The queen bed also had dog hair under the sheets. Dog hair doesn’t bother us much but it does effect our kids.

Horrible. Very dirty. Horrible bed. Pillows are a bad joke. Incredibly lumpy. Was on the road for 14 hours with my family, checked in at 1:30am and had housekeeping banging on my door at 8:30 am, and even after I told them no, came back 30 min later. Ridiculous I couldn’t even get 7 hours of peace and quiet. Honestly hotels don’t get much worse than this.

Would have rated better but I got a room with a pull-out sofa for my kids to sleep on as we were on a quick trip. When we pulled it out we found a lot of trash and a remote for the tv. This was a bit nasty and makes you wonder about yhe rest of the cleanliness.

We couldn't get our dishwasher or are in room phones to work, but other than that the room was fantastic and served our needs very well. The front desk staff was outstanding. The pool facilities were in excellent condition and perfect for entertaining our family. No major complaints would stay here again.
