Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Wautoma

This hotel was very nice. The king-bed jacuzzi suite was beautiful! The bedroom area has a fireplace, television, and 2-person hot tub. There is a separate "living room" area with a pull-out couch, television, small dining table and chairs and a kitchenette with a good-sized fridge and even includes a small stove/burners. The pool area was nice, but I didn't go in it because I waited until after 10pm so there would be less people, but between 10pm and midnight, there was a large party of people with lots of kids in the pool, even though there was a sign that said only adults after 10pm. It looked like the crowd must have come back from a wedding reception, and I understand the staff wanting to accommodate the guests. The free breakfast was OK, but I prefer hot eggs and sausage or bacon, not just sugary items such as waffles. Although I didn't get a chance to take a swim late, my husband and I really enjoyed the nice, comfortable suite. Thank you.

We come here every year for thanksgiving and we chose this hotel because it is close to family and has a hot tub. However the hot tub isn’t in the best shape.. didn’t even work Thursday night. It was below the water level and according to staff it’s bc other people were in it. Not sure how that makes sense.. the jets are reckless that it sends the water out of the hot tub making the hot tub not hot.. it’s warm.. this area definitely needs improvement. Other then that the hotel is just okay. It’s dirty and run down in spots. Our fridge freezer was solid chunk of ice making it so the door wouldn’t close so we couldn’t utilize it.

There was a family partying until 3am in the common room and the staff did nothing to stop it. They ran out of pillows and blankets so my kids had to come sleep with me to warm up and avoid the noise of the party. In the morning, the maid tried to walk in on us at 9am, insisting they needed to clean at that time. The kicker was that at 9am they had NO MORE breakfast. We had to eat at McD's.
