I booked this hotel room six months ago and then added a second, adjoining room. The person I spoke with assured me I would have an adjoining room for my children. When I checked in, the staff member said they didn’t know I was supposed to have an adjoined room and already gave it away. They said there was nothing they could do and my children would need to stay alone. No way. And then they offered me $50 for my trouble - not even a full refund or a solution to the issue. So here I am with separate hotel rooms and no answer from the staff.

I thought it was pretty cool, my aon asked for a cot to sleep on and because they did not have any available they gave us a free joining room with 2 qween size beds, kids had a great time,

Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool was much smaller than pictured, and very cold. My kid still had a blast swimming though.

We had another great stay. Friendly service. A yummy breakfast and we all had fun in the pool! Its so nice to have a pet friendly place to stay so the whole family can go!! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay. Some of our family members had to wait a looong time before they could check in. The person behind the desk was outside.
