First room had soaking wet floor, second room was not serviced from previous guests, third room finally was clean and dry, but had a door falling off of the tv stand. And it was an upgraded room, glad I didn’t have to pay the price they weee actually asking for this room. The only shining light of the whole disaster was the woman who worked at the front desk, Airiel, she was working so hard to get me and others into rooms that were livable in. Yes others, when I was at the front desk, two other families were having to get different rooms also. One woman told me, and showed me pictures, of her soaking wet carpeting also. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Thankfully I was able to get a full refund after calling them back.

Lots of things for families to do with a big enough area to hang out near the pool with a large group. It’s an older property. Beds were comfty.

Went to the hotel bar to watch the football game.. the sign on the door specifically says no outside alcohol allowed yet the couple next to us had 120 proof moonshine in a paper bag. The bartender, Donna, and her staff seemed to know the couple and did nothing.. I guess the rules didn't apply to them. Bartender staff acted child-like and unprofessional. Hotel room was great.

The King room is very spacious which we needed with our toddler and her playpen! The pool was nice and warm and fenced in, even had an arcade room upstairs from it! The restaurant had an amazing menu and we loved the discount/drink tickets!

Easy check in, able to check in early and no fees for extra services like my pet. Staff was mostly friendly but could have been more attentive, enforcing rules in shared areas such as the pool area where some very obnoxious kids and their parents were breaking every rule and getting food in the pool

Great hospitality, Great food. Rooms cleanliness are relatively good. Found items behind curtains and bed frames that were not pleasing. Other than that, bathrooms and rooms are satisfactory. I stay here once a month visiting family and I keep coming back. It's my home away from home. This is one out of two hotels in town that have a pool and hot tub. I prefer this hotel over the other because this hotel is cleaner, more professional of a staff, and the amenities are nice.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous of times and we always have a great experience! The pool and rec area is amazing and great to give the kids some space to move around. Breakfast is always great and the staff is so friendly

Love the Holidome with pool and hot tub. Great gathering area with games, ping pong, pool. We have a family gatherings and order pizza. Great for the kids to run around and the adults to sit around and socialize. We always get a room that has a rear door to the atrium of the holidome.
