Hotel itself is clean. Super rude staff! STAFF: you really are an inconvenience to them. Unless you do things exactly the way they feel it should be done then you are a nuisance. The gentleman checking us in, was not friendly or helpful, just irritated that I had a baby in my hands and didn’t have my ID read or put my own credit card in the machine for incidentals. RESTAURANT: Just go off hotel grounds. There are lots of places to eat a short drive away. The food here was absolutely terrible and the bartender who came and waited on us at our terrible was so rude. Asked if I could substitute my salad with another salad and his response was a curt no with complete irritation that I would even ask. Then we we got our food was either not hot, had no flavor at all and my salmon tasted so fishy I could not eat it. Bottom line go into Waukesha or Delafield just down the road. POOL: The pool area was beautiful, BUT the pool itself needs some serious upgrading. Cracked tile, scum on edges and tile, pool floor uneven and over the inside of the pool just needs to be address. Someone did test the water why we were in it so that did make me feel better. ROOM: Small, but aside from that very nice. Clean and modern. The air conditioner is right next to the bed so it’s pretty chilly for the person closest to it, but it’s better than not having one. Beds are a bit soft for me, but that is personal preference. So overall rooms are nice. *TV: Live Tv only free all other items $$.

Buffet breakfast was a total rip off, Water park day pass for hotel guests needs to be adjusted. Why should an adult who’s not participating have to pay a fee to enter? Mandatory for child to have adult yet adult has to pay to sit at table and watch. Then you need another bracelet to reenter the hotel? So confused. How about you add room key access from water park to hotel.

The rooms are decorated nicely and clean. Great bathrooms and comfy beds. Halls were loud later in the evening despite the policy to keep quieter after 11:00. Used the water park and no one was keeping up with cleaning the tables. Kind of gross and difficult to find a place to sit. Halls and exterior can use sone updating but lobby was nice. Security was heavy at one point due to an issue outside the water park near the arcade so my kids did not go in. Not happy about that.

Water park attached to hotel is excellent for young children. I did not like the extra $40 charge for water park passed.

We stayed for a longer trip and wanted adjoining rooms, every other room is king/queens so you have to get different rooms to make this happen. No housekeeping unless you request it. We ran out of toilet paper day 2, key cards never worked, long walk to front desk each time to get this fixed. Water park small but enough for one/two days, they bus in school groups so very busy during day, only hotel guests at night. Food in water park was good if you could get it! We tried to order food but they told us they couldn’t do it both days cause school groups were too big and then they close early at night. Made the refillable cups they sold a BIG waste of $$$. Arcade was fun, but teens working it had to be interrupted from their phones for help. The restaurant DiDi was best part of trip. Beds were older, kids got spider bites and 2 got rashes from sheet detergent.
